    Our client offers the world easy access to parts and accessories for material handling, industrial, construction, and agricultural equipment.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Acting as the internal contact with customers and the various departments to provide the best-guaranteed service to our customers actively sell and promote CAM Attachments to stimulate sales and achieve the established turnover
    - Interpreting, following up, and administratively processing incoming requests for offers and/or orders in an efficient way according to fixed procedures, so that the expectations of the customer are met.
    - Maintaining contact proactively with customers to inform them about products, services, and promotions in order to realize the team goal in the field of turnover and market share.
    - Entering into and maintaining a good relationship with the customers, in order to turn into a preferred partner
    - Updating, maintaining, and sharing professional, product, market, regional and technical knowledge, offering products and services that are continuously based on up-to-date knowledge.
    - Applying the specific knowledge of languages for varied purposes to inform all customers in a professional manner.
    - Looking up parts in close collaboration with the Part Specialist, in order to obtain a solution that is acceptable both for the customer
    - Carry out tasks assigned by their supervisor that are essentially related to their duties.
    - Liaise with native Indonesian stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Diploma in any related field, Nitec/Higher Nitec/'O', 'N' Levels can also be considered if experiences are relevant
    - Native proficiency in Bahasa Indonesian to liaise with native stakeholders
    - At least 3 years of sales-related experience (proxy experiences in a different industry can also be considered)
    - Strong knowledge of Incoterms is a must
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    - Sense of initiative and a go-getter attitude
    - Diplomatic attitude in the function of customer contacts
    - Open to infrequent travel. 3-5 times a year
    - Team player
