    Our client is one of the largest global automotive manufacturers. They are presently looking for an Assistant Service Engineer to join their team.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Manage product service manuals and repair procedure with headquarter
    - Maintain parts inventory, and handle warranty claims with the regional service network
    - Conduct technical training, troubleshooting and product repair (on-site and off-site)
    - Prepare monthly regional service report for headquarter

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Diploma or Degree in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
    - Experience in mechanical and electrical product repair in after-sales will be an added advantage
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
    - Responsible and committed individual with good interpersonal skills and a positive disposition
    - Have an analytical and strong mind-set for improvement in responsible areas
