    Our Client is a leading global supplier of logistics services. They are currently looking to fill the position of Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Achieving sales targets through promoting the Company’s Forwarding Business and acquiring new potential customers in assigned customers portfolio.
    - Seek new customers. Building pipelines, segmentation, and accurate forecasting in line with Company’s services and strategy.
    - Identifies new business opportunities in air and sea freight assesses customer needs, and matches these with Company’s services to acquire new business for customers.
    - Prepare weekly/monthly updates reports on pipelines, targe, budgeting achievement and review of new opportunities and business plan.
    - Act as the customer's main point of contact, by liaising closely with internal departments to ensure that their queries outside regular office hours, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately, and provide excellent services to customers
    - New Business Development (Hunter) 80 % and Current Account Sales Management (20%). Delivering volume and revenue targets for the Freight Forwarder sales channels while remaining focused on relationship building with customers for fostering profitable sales.
    - Responsible to provide our customers with the best possible solution to solve their logistical issues. Achieving and monitoring customers KPIs & initiatives to ensure we deliver quality, reliability, scalability, and productivity to meet customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Minimum 3 years of customer-facing sales experience in the freight forwarding industry with solid experience in customer acquisition and account management
    - Must possess strong selling, presentation, and analytical skills
    - Excellent personal presentation
    - Proficient in MS Office applications
    - Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation
    - Excellent organization skills with the ability to take initiative and prioritize work, while paying attention to detail
    - Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently
