    Our client is a Japanese Investment firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join their team for supporting their team.

    【What will you be working on】
    - Back-office operations for fund management services
    - Correspondence to various procedures, registrations, reports, and changes on the Internet
    - Data organization and updating of investment data
    - Correspondence with authorities, audit firms, accounting firms, portfolio companies, LPs, etc.
    - And other ad-hoc office operation such as mail handling, office supply management, document management, etc.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they're looking for】
    - Bachelor's Degree in a recognized university
    - At least 3-5 years of Back-office operations for fund management services or internal bank fund management function
    - Strong experience in Administration operation.
