  • Job Description

    Our client is a renowned manufacturer of water purification machines. They are currently looking for a Human Resource Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions

    Reporting to: Manager

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Recruitment
    - Payroll (overtime calculation, etc)
    - Part timer payroll
    - CPF contribution
    - Leaves records (AL, MC, CCL)
    - Government grant
    - Income tax (E-submission of Employment Income tax to Iras)
    - Insurance policies and claims
    - Liaise with contractors on office renovations, repairs and maintenance

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Human Resource Executive
    - Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
    - Basic understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with work pass application
    - Able to start work immediately will be a plus point.
    - Meticulous with an eye for details.
