    Our client has a global reputation in the logistics industry, providing comprehensive distribution services including air, cargo freight and regional land transportation, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to coordinate smooth operation and communication between deliveries and customers.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Survey of moving and make quotation.
    - Creation of export & import documents.
    - Coordinate smooth operation of moving services.
    - Arrange for delivery and packing work.
    - Provide customer service to Japanese customers and Japanese company
    - Respond to cargo accidents and process insurance claims.
    - Reception of telephone and e-mail

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service.
    - Proficient in Japanese language speaking/writing/listening (JLPT N2 or N1) in order to communicate with native speaking customers and companies.
    - Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    - Basic knowledge in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
