• Job Description

  Our Client is a well-known Korean company, operating duty-free shops overseas, including in Singapore. Due to the expansion of its business, our client is hiring 2 newly created positions as Logistics Assistants to support the Logistics Team in the day-to-day Logistics functions
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Checking local and incoming shipment documentation.
  - BL / AWB / Invoice / Packing List and other relevant documentation.
  - Update Shipment logs.
  - Perform BL registration in Glob+ in-house system (training will be provided).
  - Verify customs and duties declaration form.
  - Raising PO for warehouse miscellaneous usage such as labels.
  - Customs compliance and regulations knowledge for Liquor & Tobacco will be an advantage.
  - Required to be on-site at the warehouse to perform duties assigned.
  - Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
