  • Job Description

    Our client is a local automotive parts sales company. The Sales Coordinator's responsibility is to support the sales team in order proceeding and shipping arrangements.

    【What will you be working on】
    - Attending to customer inquiries, order processing, liaising with the head office and Thailand subsidiary office
    - Liaise with customers on order forecast and delivery schedule, prepare documents & shipping arrangement
    - Prepare monthly sales reports, support the sales team in new projects development

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they're looking for】
    - Minimum 1-year experience in Shipping or Logistics
    - Experience with Shipping arrangements (e.g. overseas factory to Singapore, etc.)
    - Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Stakeholders.
    - Experience working in Japanese companies will be an advantage.
