    Our Client is a well-known FMCG Company. The role of a Sales Manager is to be responsible for the full spectrum of business from order forecast to sales, setting and achieving sales targets.

    You will be reporting to Sales Director.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Generating monthly sales reports and individual brand’s performance, analysing sales reports to drive sales and profits and feedback recommendations
    - Observe and report on the competitive activity on the selling floor, ensure sufficient selling stocks, testers, POS materials and samples for each store and promotion
    - Execution of Marketing Program/ Visual Merchandising
    - Coordinate and execute setting up details relating to High Profile Promotions and in-store programs and promotions
    - To showcase and promote new marketing launches to Retailers during marketing presentations & also to share these marketing launches, and new/ existing product updates information to Marketing
    - Monitors and identifies marketing potential for new and existing brands' products
    - Evaluate the performance of sales and work closely with Education/Brand Management Team to enhance the product.
    - Stock/ Inventory Management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Possess at least 2 years as an Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager position
    - Must have a marketing background
    - Candidates from the FMCG Industry are a plus
    - Prior people-management experience will be advantageous
    - Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
