Job Description
Our Client is a well-established travel agency in Singapore. The role of a Sales & Customer Relations Manager is to establish new sales channels, agent relationships and partnerships and to follow up and maintain relationships with clients. You will be reporting to Sales Director.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Handle all tour bookings, reservations, customizations and amendments
- Prepare sales quotations, tour proposals and itineraries for customers
- Generate leads, reach out to potential clients, pitch and close sales
- Assist in operational procedures i.e. customization of tours, tour logistics and on-the-ground management
- Ensure quality service & tour delivery and compliance with operational procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve operational and service methods/procedures
- Work with internal and marketing teams to achieve company strategic objectives and goals
- Stay up to date with industry trends and updates
- Follow up and maintain relationships with clients
- Monitor monthly sales target, tour volume, feedback and customer reviews
- Oversee the sales team and ensure smooth coordination within the team

Requirement

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Background of working in the travel/tourism or educational industry is a plus
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Ability to manage and lead a sales team
- Knowledge of sales software such as Hubspot and Mailchimp is a plus
- Independent, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong copywriting skillsEnglish Level
