    Our client is a Japanese electronic components company and they are currently looking for Sales Support Executive to support the company's sales for existing clients, together with supporting day-to-day activities.

    You will be working with 2 staff and will report to the Assistant General Manager and Chief Manager.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Sales support and reporting
    - Forecast and execute sales planning
    - Handling defects and issues.
    - Handle delivery arrangements and schedule updates.
    - Issuing an invoice to clients
    - Any other duties as assigned by the manager or management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Minimum Diploma holder
    - At least 3 years of experience in a sales support role
    - Experience in an electronic components-related company (trading/distributor) is a must
    - Meticulous and detailed oriented personality
    - Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) is required for this position in order to report to Japanese counterparts every month.
