    Our client is a Japanese Trading firm that specializes in electronic components, housing equipment, chemicals, and plastics. This role of Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales related matters.

    【What will you be working on】
    - Process orders timely and accurately
    - Arrange delivery for both Singapore and overseas order and monitor status of orders
    - Coordinate with customers, suppliers and warehouse to arrange shipment
    - Generate inv & delivery orders through the SAP system
    - Process sales Credit/Debit note

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they're looking for】
    - Minimum Diploma qualification. Applicants that possess a Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage
    - Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a Sales coordinator preferred with excellent knowledge
    - Experience liaising with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse providers is required.
    - Knowledge of the full set of export shipping documentation and Letter of Credit is preferred
    - Familiar with SAP is added advantage
    - Good personality with excellent analytical skills, details, meticulousness, and willingness to learn
    - Candidate who is able to start work immediately is a plus
