    Our client is an MNC Japanese logistic company and a distributor of industrial forklifts. They are currently looking for PSS (Product Support) Sales Executive to join their team! You will be mainly responsible for the management of the assigned dealership to deliver the expected level of customer satisfaction and to achieve the Business Plan target, plan and execute Marketing Program, Program costing, and Sales Campaign and work with dealers to track market competition and recover lost sales.

    【What will you be working on】

    1) Dealers Management (40%)
    - Develop and manage the Parts Sales business of the assigned dealership to achieve the Business Plan target through the setting of the target, execution of the plan, and monitoring of progress by:
    a) Conduct BP Meeting;
    b) Plan and execute Parts Sales activities such as dealer and customer visits to the foster dealer
    relationship and enhance dealer relationships and/or discuss commercial issues;
    c) Implement/monitor sales performance indicators;
    d) Generate Monthly Sales Reports;
    e) Understand Market and Competitor's movement;
    f) Provide Dealer development by giving system or Parts Sales related training;
    g) Always seek out new sales opportunities.

    2) Marketing Program
    - Plan and execute Marketing Program, Program costing, and Sales Campaign;
    - Make announcements; track and measure Campaign effectiveness.

    3) Sales performance indicators
    - Implement sales/operational indicator;
    - Review results monthly and discusses countermeasures with dealers.

    4) Training
    - System/parts sales-related training ;

    5) Day-to-Day
    - Attend to day-to-day operations;
    - Respond to dealers' inquiries on parts matters.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they are looking for】
    - Minimum Diploma in Marketing or Engineering
    - At least 3 years of sales and marketing experience in Industrial Equipment such as Parts (marketing experience in Sales position is needed)
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills
    - Willing to travel overseas as needed
    - Mandarin-speaking candidates are required in other to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
    - Possess good knowledge, experience, and exposure to Marketing tools and Microsoft office
