    Our Client is a Japanese HR Company. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager to oversee both the HR consulting and organization development.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Manage and lead HR Consulting and HR Development/Organizational Development Teams
    - Manage HR consulting projects and provide HR-related advisory;
    - Develop and design HR policies by providing professional service or/and managing consultants/assistants; Grade, Remuneration, Appraisal, Performance Management, HR Development, Organizational Development and etc., to solve clients’ issues.
    - Conduct job evaluation.
    - Execute/instruct whole HR consulting projects; make proposals, plan whole schedule, arrange meetings, analyze logically HR-related data, lead and facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders, create deliverables including delivering customized training programs/workshops, arrange payment/invoicing and close the project.
    - Provide professional advice on miscellaneous labour issues in each country in partnership with local experts and the legal department.
    - Create and execute open training programs for the group
    - Manage whole open training programs; design open training programs on an annual basis, deliver the programs partnering with training vendors, assess the success of the programs, track the budgets, oversee payment/invoicing and etc.
    - Support implementation and operation of standard HR policy (Global HR Framework) for global offices
    Implement global HR policy to Branch Offices mainly in Asia Oceania Region and support operations such as appraisal process, salary & bonus review, and training of HR managers/staff at each office.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - High-level knowledge, skills and experience in HR consulting (grade, remuneration and performance management), HR development and Organizational Development, and deep understanding of Singaporean labour law. Knowledge of organizational design, HR due diligence, and global HR is preferred.
    - At least 8 – 10 years experience as a consultant in HR consulting, HRBP or planning roles.
    - Experiences in people managerial roles and, project management in HR policy implementation are mandatory.
    - Fluent in speaking/writing/listening in Japanese (JLPTN1) is essential in order to liaise with Japanese Counterparts
