    Our client is in F&B Industry and owns several restaurants. They are looking for an F&B manager to join the team.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Oversees the whole F&B operations which include one formal dining restaurant, one family restaurant, one Lounge, and one convenience store
    - Oversees customer relations and ensures service standards, have to handle and follow-up on verbal and written inquiries/requests/feedback/complaints in both Japanese and English
    - Oversees marketing, promotions, and publicity of the whole F&B operations, have to prepare/write-up/plan/implement marketing, promotions, and publicity materials in Japanese and English
    - Oversees the financial performance and budgeting of the whole F&B operations, have to prepare and present reports/proposals to relevant committees in Japanese
    - Any other duties deemed relevant and necessary by the management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - More than 5 years of F&B experience in a senior management position
    - Able to speak, listen and write in Japanese in order to communicate with Native Japanese customers.
    - Able to prepare, create, plan and implement marketing, promotional, and public relations materials in Japanese and English for customer
    - Good interpersonal communication and leadership skills at all levels
