Qualifications

  - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related field)
  - At least 3+ years of experience as Application engineer
  - At least 2+ years of experience in full SDLC cycle with waterfall model
  - Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  - Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, Powershell, Microsoft Access, VB, C++, OR Windows Server, Oracle Database, Java
  - Experience of making design specs
  - Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
  - Excellent Customers and offshore team management skills
  - Communication in Japanese fluently as this position needs to handle Japanese clients frequently
  - Prior experience of involvement in banking domain system development is an added advantage
  - Familiar with core banking system is a plus!
