    - Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Business Administration or Economics or equivalent.
    - Proficiency in Thai and English in order to communicate smoothly with native counterparts.
    - Be able to understand financial statements(BS, PL, CF)
    - Inexperienced candidates with strong interest in M&A are welcome to apply!
    - Experience in M&A related experience such as valuation, financial DD etc will be a strong advantage.
