• Job Description

  Our client is one of the biggest insurance companies in Japan and they are currently looking for a marketing executive. The primary functions are to provide quality customer service and maintain existing businesses as well as develop new businesses / to implement and coordinate annual marketing targets to achieve budget both for the top-line and bottom line / to enhance productivity and activate the team through the empowerment of subordinates by implementing proper instruction and guidance.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Ensuring regular visits to clients' premises at least once a year or more to ensure client's demands and needs are met as well as to enhance the relationship with clients.
  - Quoting any risks within underwriting guidelines.
  - Reviewing all renewal policies & recommending new cover (if any) and improving cover if necessary.
  - Reviewing coverage and rates for unfavorable loss ratio clients, and taking necessary measures together with the Claim division promptly when needed.
  - Following up on all renewals to ensure policies are being renewed.
  - Coordinating with internal divisions on documents, claims, and any other matters.
  - Attending to all clients' inquiries and complaints.
  - Assisting in premium collection within a 60-day premium warranty period.
  - Ensuring that all documentation complies with the COP standards.
  - Taking care of IT-related issues when needed.
  - Any other marketing duties assigned by assistant managers and above.
