    Our Client is a Japanese Manufacturer Company. The role of a Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales Team and Administration tasks.

    You will be reporting to the Sales Manager.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    1. Sales Assistance
    - RFQ (Request of quotation) support
    - Communication with the Buyer (Customer Purchasing Department)
    - Documentation
    - Order entry
    - Management of Order and Sales forecasting sheet
    - Management of Sales book
    - Billing and receiving management

    2. Purchasing
    - Material procurement (PO issuance)
    - Product procurement (PO issuance)
    - Equipment procurement
    - Equipment management

    3. Trade
    - Preparation of Switching invoice
    - Document verification (Customer approval)

    4. General affairs and administrative operation
    5. Ad-hoc administration (Bank Statement)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Minimum Diploma and above
    - Minimum 3 years of Sales Assistant/Coordinator experience in the Manufacturing/Trading Industry.
    - Fluent in English at the business level
    - Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N3) in listening/speaking/writing is required as this role frequently liaises with counterparts in the Japan Business Partners.
    - Knowledge of/Hands-on experience in Invoices.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Excel
