  Our Client is a Japanese mechanical and electrical engineering company. The Company constructs indoor wiring and power transmission lines. They also install air conditioning, water supply, and sewage facilities in buildings and plants.
  
  Project: Commercial Projects
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - List the scope of work and commercial requirements to determine the risks of the projects
  - Create a Tender File to have proper tender management tracking and monitoring
  - Prepare and follow up on the Request For Quotations to suppliers/sub-cons to ensure tender costing and technical data are submitted on time
  - Take off Bill of Quantities from the ACMV Drawings, Points of Schedules and Architectural drawings
  - Collate price comparison, costing summary and technical proposal to prepare a tender submission
  - Study the addendum or corrigendum documents and update the costing summary with technical proposal accordingly
  - Prepare and update tender submission documents on time
  - Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner
