    Our client, creating an economics-focused media web service, is seeking a Marketing Assistant. The main responsibility will be preparing and managing both online and offline events that are held monthly.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Creation of PR documents and landing pages for regular events
    - Coordination with PR firms to create advertising images for events
    - Planning and creating to-do lists leading up to the event day
    - Communication with the sales team and content marketing team
    - Management of the event day operations, setup, and other support tasks
    - Arrangements for webinar events on Zoom and creating surveys

  • 应征条件

    【What they're looking for】
    (Must)
    - Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N1) Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential for writing Japanese business article
    - Experience in organizing online and offline events
    - Experience in marketing tasks such as creating LP
    - Experience in writing articles in Japanese
    - Cheerful, bright, positive mindset
