They are looking to hire Operation Engineer for the team.【 What you will be doing 】- Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management Systems (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949). - To have a legal obligation to act in a responsible manner for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work. - Assist the Management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate when necessary. - Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR). - Capital expense project (Capex management) - Production spares and tool management - Additional reference of OE duty & responsibility in comparison with PE and DS. General Duty:a) Member of the production leadership team that formulates the goals and strategies for the department. b) Shall be familiar with the production plant technically, and has the responsibility to support the production team appropriately to improve the plant safety, quality and efficiency c) Has the responsibility to support research and development in manufacturing technology in the facilities of the plant Safety and environment management:a) Provides plant process operation support to achieve safe and stable operations and quality products b) Manage operation and Safety, Health and Environment related issues and solve if any problem arises c) Review abnormality reports, non-conforming product reports, accident/ incident reports, support investigation and propose corrective and preventive measures d) Planning for operational Non-regular work, provide work instruction and training to Supervisor and technicians via toolbox meeting e) Support regulatory requirements such as water efficiency management plan, energy conservation act and Workplace safety and health act (Major hazard installation regulation) f) ISO14001 implementation Operation Support:a) Setup and maintain operating conditions, guides, check sheets and logs sheets in collaboration with shift teams to ensure environment, health, safety, quality and productivity requirements are met b) Administration control and monitoring of DCS system, to ensure changes to DCS / SIS sequence and settings are properly documented. Alarm optimized to prevent nuisance alarm. c) Troubleshooting of production process and quality problem d) Assist in training the shift team members through new/revised procedures, abnormality reports, one-point lesson sheets and work instructions. Educate production operation shift and day team employees on proper methods in which to operate processes and machinery. Provides relevant operational training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals. e) Lead and support ASDM work, assigned by superior, including planning and certain work Instructions making to include various phases including push back, purge, LOTO, leak test, N2 replacement, flushing, filling and commissioning f) Provide leadership in the production committee to facilitate programs or implement action items driven through respective committee g) Support ISO 9001 and IAFT16949 implementation h) Offer operational support related to raw material supply changes or troubles Process Improvement:a) Responsible for process optimization and capacity improvement projects in the plant b) Lead the operational MOC and ensure the action plan related to the change has been implemented c) Implement cost reduction measures or projects to reduce the cost of production d) Analyze data and implement debottleneck effort of the production process e) Initiate improvement efforts for product quality f) In close cooperation with technical department members, support and implement new product / process plant trials. g) Prepare monthly Production Uptime report. Perform analysis and come out with improvement solutions. If needed, work with the Technical division (and its relevant department) to reduce equipment downtime.
