The Singapore office serves as the representative base in Southeast Asia, delivering services across Asia with a lean team.【What you will be working on】Admin Tasks- Consolidation of expenses for 4 employees- Processing payments for promotional expenses and others- Handling legal documents with agents- General affairs (ordering office supplies, expense reimbursement)Sales Assistant Tasks- Contract signing with new clients- Creating and sending estimates, invoices, etc., for each project- Project support (scheduling meetings, preparing necessary documents, handling email responses)- Setting up internal meetings- Providing support to ensure sales can focus maximum time on sales activities (negotiations with clients)
