    Our client, a leading valve manufacturing Japanese company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team.

    【What will you be working on】
    - Processing of invoices, delivery orders & Verification of goods receipt etc
    - Monitor and maintain healthy levels of stocks
    - Order monitoring and coordinating with the factory for order status
    - Coordinate on shipment/delivery schedules
    - Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg: delivery order/billing of lading, arrival notice, tax invoice and others)
    - Work closely with the Sales and Logistics team to ensure sufficient inventory level and timely delivery
    - Assist in other ad-hoc projects and assignments
    - Handle all Inventory, Purchasing, and Shipping related duties

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they're looking for】
    (Must)
    - Diploma in Logistics or similar
    - 1-2 years experience in sales coordinator
    - Fluent in English and Mandarin Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts
    - Meticulous and self-motivated with good administrative skills

    (Preferred)
    - Knowledge of import & export shipment is an added advantage
    - Experience working in a Japanese company
    - Ability to join within 1 month or earlier is preferred
