    They need a PMO member to coordinate issues, progress, risks, and quality for both users and the system for this project.

    - 10 years + experience with application development project management
    - Business level Japanese to liaise with Japanese stakeholders
    - Client facing experience
    - Knowledge of standard project management (e.g. PMBOK)
