  Our client is a global Japanese manufacturing company that offers a variety of products and services. Due to business expansion, they are currently seeking a Sales Manager who will be in charge of handling materials for facade interior and external aluminium decoration panels, as well as getting new projects through your current connections..
  
  【What you will be working on】
  - Setting up design presentations with Architects / Interior Designers.
  - Provide surface design and technical solutions to clients for building façades / Interior walls and ceilings with Aluminium Décor Panels.
  - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a team-oriented work environment.
  - Track customer/stakeholder feedback and metrics for the design/colour of product solutions
  - Plan and implement marketing strategy for new and existing products
  - Formulate and implement promotional activities (exhibitions, seminars and media)
  - Identify and source for new business opportunities and develop existing accounts
  - Prepare timely marketing reports and deliver product presentations (internal and external)
  - Conduct research and report on market trends, technology adoption, business model cases, and technical requirements
  - Take responsibility for finalizing deals until monetary settlement and after-sales
  - Develop and maintain good rapport with existing and potential clients and other stakeholders
