    Our client is a well-known Telecommunication company in Japan that provides comprehensive global and local communication services to clients by tailoring services according to the characteristics of each region. They are looking for a Network Consultant (Presales)

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Provide consultation, solutions and product knowledge to support the sales team
    - Identify customer business requirements/technical requirements and generate sales opportunities with the proper solution.
    - Design the right solutions to achieve customer business outcomes and maximize customer investment and satisfaction.
    - Present the solution to the customer and prepare the technical offer and its cost.
    - Keep updated with market trends to address customer business/technical requirements and find out the right new products/services to enhance existing focus solutions.
    - Work closely with focus technology/business partners, building and growing business relationships.
    - Hand over ordered projects to the postsales team.
    - Retain and upsell our services to customers

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - Diploma / Degree holder
    - Min 5 years of IT experience in Network & Data Centre solutions
    - SME-level knowledge is essential. (Must have CCNP certificate )
    - Must have experience working in a customer-facing role.

    (Preferable)
    - Skills in one or more of the following areas a plus: Cisco Data centre technologies, Network security (Firewall, VPN, etc.), Cisco ISE, Cisco WLAN
    - Strong business acumen with a strong interest in keeping up-to-date with current technologies.
    - Strong consultative skill set to include communications with varying levels of customer personnel as well as the ability to identify and help close new opportunities within existing clients
