    - Fundraising
    - Support of business alliance
    - Strategy planning
    - Transactional due diligence
    - Support of overseas business expansion
    - Other advisory and support

  • 应征条件


    【Requirements & Preferences】
    <Must>
    - At least 5 years of Relevant work experience such as Cross-border M&A advisory
    - Native or near-native proficiency in English & Vietnam
    - Management and administrative skills
    - Willingness to work on different types of deal

    (Advantageous)
    - Relevant professional qualifications preferred, such as accounting, legal and financial analyst
