  Our client is an M&E firm seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our rapidly expanding team as an M&E Quantity Surveyor. In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing and executing various elements of M&E projects from start to finish.
  
  You will be reporting to the Assistant Contracts Manager．
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Quantity takeoff, pricing, and preparation for tender submission.
  - Prepare bills of quantity.
  - Source for subcontractors and suppliers, evaluation of pricing comparison, and costing summary.
  - Analyze project specifications and offer cost-saving measures.
  - Assist the project team with variation works, progress claims, and cost control.
  - Monitor and keep track of project costs according to the anticipated schedule and budget.
  - Measure and determine the amount of work done at each step to evaluate progress and contractual claims by subcontractors.
  - Assist in settling final accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  - Perform contract administration duties.
