Job Description Leads the HR team in helping to build highly motivated, skilled and successful teams aligned with the business strategy, preserves and develops our unique studio culture and implements the most cutting-edge HR practices.

- Develops organization strategies and pilots organizational development for the studio
- Develops and implements HR strategies in staffing, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labour relations
- manages all HR operations in line with the established local & international business strategies
- Provides leadership for a team of HR specialists to provide practical solutions to operational needs and meet team goals; defines success measures, action plans, and manages professional development
- Pilots all HR policies and processes for the studio; ensures all policies and procedures are in line with the studio strategy, up to date and legally compliant
- Provides both strategic and tactical advice to studio management and to line managers on all human resource issues
