  • Job Description

    • Handling full set of accounts in accordance with Singapore accounting standards including monthly bank reconciliation, month end & year end closing, management reports, financial reports, etc
    • Handling GST submission, tax related matters, fixed assets, payments, staff expenses reimbursement, etc
    • Preparation of accounting & audit schedules and liaising auditors and other related statutory boards
    • Liaising with Company Secretary on AGM filing and others
    • Liaising with bank on all bank related matters including internal transfer, GIRO payment, fund transfer, etc
    • Administration duties - renewal of insurance, office rental, equipment, season parking, stationery, pantry supplies, etc
    • Any ad-hoc works assigned by the company from time to time

  • Requirement

    ☆ Bachelor's Degree qualification with minimum 8 years of relevant Accounts & Finance, HR and General Affairs working experience
    ☆ Required skills - Accounting & Financial Analysis, HR Administration, Managerial Operations
    ☆ Knowledge and familiar with all Singapore law related to Accounts & HR
    • Matured candidate who are honest with high integrity, resourceful, self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Provision in MS Dynamics (Navision) is preferred
    • Japanese speaking is an advantage to communicate with native Japanese MD
    ** Remuneration package will be offered based on candidate's past relevant experience.

    9:00 ~ 18:00
