  • Job Description

    Booking of flights & hotels for Management and staff
     Verify and process monthly staff claims
     Coordinate staff related activities (eg. Annual Health Screening, insurance applications)
     Administer monthly and yearly budget
     Manage despatch of outgoing mail; coordinate courier services
     Oversee office facilities to ensure smooth daily operations of office
     Track stocks of office supplies and place orders
     Assist HR & GA team administratively when necessary

  • Requirement

    ☆Minimum 2 years as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
    ☆Japanese Language Proficiency (minimum JLPT N2) to communicate with Japan HQ and Japanese native
    - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    - Team player
    - Proficient in MS Office

    Expected Start Date of Work: November 2017

  • Working Hour

    9:00 ~ 18:00

  • Benefit

    - Fixed bonus of 2 months, and performance based variable bonus (subject to performance)
    - AL: 14 days (1st and 2nd year 14 days (managerial positions). Only from 3rd year the entitlement will +1 day each year increase by up to a maximum of 22 days)
    - ML: 14 days
