Our Client is a well-established travel agency in Singapore. The role of a Sales & Customer Relations Manager is to establish new sales channels, agent relationships and partnerships and to follow up and maintain relationships with clients. You will be reporting to Sales Director.【 What you will be doing 】- Handle all tour bookings, reservations, customizations and amendments- Prepare sales quotations, tour proposals and itineraries for customers- Generate leads, reach out to potential clients, pitch and close sales- Assist in operational procedures i.e. customization of tours, tour logistics and on-the-ground management- Ensure quality service & tour delivery and compliance with operational procedures- Identify opportunities to improve operational and service methods/procedures- Work with internal and marketing teams to achieve company strategic objectives and goals- Stay up to date with industry trends and updates- Follow up and maintain relationships with clients- Monitor monthly sales target, tour volume, feedback and customer reviews- Oversee the sales team and ensure smooth coordination within the team
