They are currently looking for a Senior Accountant.【 What you will be doing 】- Assist Finance Manager to oversee and review end-to-end financial processes- Work closely with the team to deliver accurate operational and financial reporting while also interpreting the data and recommending improvements as necessary- Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations, including monthly closing- Support all audit-related matters including preparation of audit schedule, attending to audit queries, and providing the information required by the external auditor and tax agents- Perform quarterly GST submission- Ensure the accuracy of accounts and that all reporting deadlines are met- Guide and review the work of the team members- Ensure all GL coding and GST are captured correctly.- Review payments for approval and ensure all invoices are duly authorized in accordance with company policies and procedures.- Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure all invoices are billed timely- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and credit control management.- Any other duties as and when assigned
