Our Client is an IT MNC Company, the role of an IT Security/Network Specialist is to be responsible for the IT security support and configuration of company and group companies, and day-to-day technical support of chatbot operations, have a strong understanding of our in-house tools and act as key support to clients and internal teams in the APAC region with a strong knowledge of IT system.【What will you be working on】- Configure security settings of the company's IT infrastructure- Update the latest vulnerabilities and take any action if necessary- Work with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations while ensuring the security- Manage and analyze logs- Support clients’ inquiries about our in-house applications- Monitor and maintain system metrics dashboard and alerts- Provide training to colleagues, update company documentation of our IT infrastructure- Work along with the Tech team in HQ
