They are presently looking for a Project Sales & Service Engineer to support and assist the Manager.Reporting to Manager【 What you will be doing 】- Promote Sales and work with suppliers, contractors and clients.- Prepare work proposal, cost estimations and technical justifications for all ad-hoc work requested by clients and user.- Manage, supervise and liaise with strategic partner and term contractors to ensure timely delivery of service.- Respond and attend to client’s request.- Respond to fault-calls in case of equipment breakdown.- Take charge of ISO document.- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

They are looking for a Civil Engineer, who will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of the company's building projects.【What will you be working on】1) Property excavation and design proposal to Clients mainly in the building/construction field. (Steel frame factory/Local Design Offices/Contractor)- Create the Technical Documents/Presentation/Design proposals for individual projects2) Assistance in negotiations with Singapore Building and Construction Authority BCA, SCDF, academics, etc.3) Technical support for steel detail design/steel frame manufacturing/quality control procedures4) Order support activities through sales collaboration; Information sharing with sales staff and Technical support for ordered products5) Information gathering and marketing of technology and market trends6) Attendance at various regular meetings, weekly reports on the above 1 to 5 operations, and transmission at other meetings, etc.
