They are currently looking for Assistant Accounts Manager (Japanese Speaking) to be responsible for the month-end closing process and produce monthly and quarterly financial reports for management purposes. 【 What you will be doing 】- Preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards at the end of the financial year- Preparation of consolidated data, of annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards at the end of the financial year- Review junior/senior's work and train junior/senior staff- Liaise with auditors and respond to any queries- Assign and manage staff work schedule and time control and appraisal- Carry out staffs appraisals- Manage each client's schedule in order to meet the statutory due date- Provide advisory to the clients and respond to each client's inquiries (Accounting, Tax (GST/Individual Income Tax/Corporate Income Tax/other Taxes, VISA, Secretarial, Payroll, CPF, other special schemes, other inquiries)- Liaise with IRAS, ACRA, MAS, and other authorized institutions to provide the answer which meets the client's request- Handling Corporate Income Tax and Individual Income Tax- Review accounting documents provided by the clients- Advise client on how to improve the accounting documents before handover to junior and senior staff- Liaise and adjust each matter and problem with the clients, then summaries and explain to junior and senior staff- Spot work such as Due Diligence, Organized Internal Control, and Budget according to the client's request- Creating the scheme of cryptocurrency/blockchain in terms of accounting/tax/compliance
