Our client is a Japanese Company crude oil and gas trading company in Singapore that focuses on the sale of crude oil and natural gas currently looking for a Contracts Executive【 What you will be doing 】- Prepare sales and purchase contracts of Crudes, Chartering Vessels contracts Letters of Credit etc. Correspond to the legal documents stated from the third-party including sales and purchase contract counter etc.- Review and update existing contracts of sales and purchase contracts of Crudes, Chartering Vessels contracts, Letters of Credit, upstream relating contracts (eg Offtake agreement) and any other related contracts (if necessary) etc.- Review contract terms with internal and external business partners- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms- Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and coordinate with related teams in HQ (legal department) as needed- Ensure deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met- Attend the necessary meeting with buyers, sellers, ICE and ADNOC relating to IFAD Murban, Clearing House, Financial Institution (Clearing Member, OTC Broker), terminal operators, joint venture partners, Operation team, Middle office team, LNG team, Finance and Administration Team and relating team in HQ etc- Work closely with the Trading team, Operation team, to ensure smooth operations and avoid curtailment of Crudes
