Our Client is a family owned SME, leading manufacturing company focusing massively on Advanced Robotics and Factory Automation.The role of HR executive is responsible for supporting the HR Department in day-to-day delivery of HR Services to employees.【 What you will be doing 】- Manage the development and deployment of HR programmes/interventions- Manage talent requisitions to successful onboarding of new hires- Formulate purposeful candidate experience to drive best-in-class approaches in hiring of talents across the various levels for the Singapore & global market- Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews promptly, and move candidates through the hiring process and gather post-interview feedback promptly- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative to align with the overall corporate strategy- Identify training requirement and recommend relevant training programs for employees
