• Job Description

  Our client is a Lighting Electrical Contractor specializing in various construction projects, including F&B outlets, retail spaces, commercial buildings, and more. They are currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Manager (Japanese speaking).
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Focus on business development – new customers and new projects
  - Service existing customers
  - Handle lighting specifications with Lighting Consultants, Architects, IDs, etc.
  - Promote company's brand of products and create product awareness
  - Prepare marketing presentation materials
  - Explain product features during live demonstrations / presentations
  - Manage key accounts – especially Japanese clients
  - Handle general enquiries
  - Prepare sales quotations
  - Follow-up on inquiries both via email and calls
  - Help clients solve problems with product usage.
  - Manage projects, monitor progress and ensure smooth completion.
  - Coordinate the works of a multi-disciplinary workforce including consultants, external subcontractors and etc.
  - Provide project status update to management accurately and in a timely manner.
  - Attend to maintenance issues including troubleshooting.
