    Our client is a Japanese company, and they are seeking a Human Resource Assistance Manager for this role. The position will report directly to the COO and CEO based in Singapore.

    【Responsibilities】
    -Develop, implement, review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with government regulations.
    -Oversee and prepare monthly payroll, benefits & compensation to ensure compliance with all local legislation.
    -Anticipate and recommend HR strategies to the top management in planning for human resource needs to support the business. Align HR strategies with the overall business objectives.
    -Work closely and support in developing annual staff headcount and staff cost budget, generate the necessary information for decision making.
    -Ensure sensitive HR activities timelines are fulfilled promptly, ie. Contract renewal, confirmations.
    -Prepare all employment-related letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and off-boarding/on-boarding procedures.
    -Administration and monitoring of various MOM matters such as work pass application, renewal and cancellation
    -Prepare tax clearance and necessary documents for submission
    -Prepare individual tax computation and submission
    -Attend to employees' enquiries on various HR-related matters. Eg. benefit package, insurance, annual leave and allowance etc.
    -Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    <Must>
    - Possess minimum a Bachelor's Degree.
    - Has minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR functions in small-sized firms (around 40 headcount) comprising of locals and foreigners.
    - Experienced and knowledgeable in tax computation, labour law and MOM procedures.
    - Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
