    Our Client is a Singapore-based fast-growing technology and network company specializing in network test & monitoring solutions for communications service providers, and enterprises segment. They are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team!

    Reporting to the Managing Director

    【Responsibilities】
    - Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
    - Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
    - Stay on top of accounts, making sure customers receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
    - Responsible for keeping current customers satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis
    - Collaborate and meet regularly with internal team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business and facilitate customer need fulfilment
    - Generate progress reports for clients and management within the company
    - Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    - Forecast and track key account metrics
    - Collect and analyze data to learn about customer behaviour
    - Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the management regularly
    - Act as a customer advocate with a focus on improving the buying experience
    - Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product and solution
    - Responsible for working with the Sales and management to onboard and integrate new customers and develop existing customer relationships

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, IT, Business Admin, or relevant
    - 4 years experience as Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager within the System Integrator industry
    - Willing to do 100% hunting role
    - Proven network and cyber security in the enterprise and government sectors as well as the local IT market
    - Aggressive, hunter, critical thinker, and excellent presenter to the executive and C-level
    - Possess bid management experience

    (Advantageous)
    - Candidates from the MNC or recognized company are highly preferred
    - More than 8 years of experience within System Integrators or managed service partners from network infrastructure or cyber security verticals

    【What you will receive】
    - Gross salary is up to SGD 8,500 (Including transport allowance of SGD 500)
    - Annual Leave: 14 days (Additional 1 day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 18 days)
    - Sales Commission: Commission structure will be further firmed upon joining and will be on top of monthly gross salary
    - Medical Insurance (Including Dental and Hospitalisation)
    - Mobile phone reimbursement for the monthly subscription plan
