    Our client is a leading company in energy and infrastructure and is looking to recruit a Senior IT Manager

    【 What you will be doing 】
    Cooperation with the ICT Department at the Head Office/Group companies
    - Basic and detailed design and implementation for Asia Regional Hub operation with HQ
    - Contract practice for internal transactions with HQ and Asia Regional Hub
    - Application of the Group's Large-Scale Strategy, IT Governance and Security Policy to Group Companies under the Asia Regional Hub

    Provide IT support to users under Asia Regional Hub (Contact Point, Realization of Requests, Incident Response, Operation)
    - Contact point for all IT inquiries from users
    - Support in fulfilling user requests

    Regional SIRT
    - Contact point for cooperation in the event of a security incident
    - Log analysis
    - Establishment and operation management of Security Policy
    - Introduction and operation management of security solutions
    - Provide security assessment via review of general applications related to IT

    Site network infrastructure practices (Base networks, video conferencing systems, etc.)
    - Site network management (including controlled group companies)
    - Videoconferencing system management
    - Other office IT (Entrance management, CCTV, conference facilities, etc.)

    Maintenance of Group common platform
    - Maintenance of Group common platform consisting of about 10 solutions related to Microsoft365
    - Devices Management (PC/iPhone/iPad/MFP)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Possess Bachelor's Degree in IT and related field
    - Minimum 10 years of experience in IT-related positions in the following capacity:
    - 3 years of experience in office automation (Business support infrastructure such as Microsoft365, PC, iPhone, multifunction machines, and base network) at companies (More than 300 employees with experience supporting multiple sites.)
    - 3 years of experience in service desk and other IT user support
    - 2 years of experience at the regional headquarters of a global company
    - 3 years of experience in information (cyber) security
    - To be able to propose appropriate solutions and methodologies and promote them independently
