  • Job Description

    Our Client is an established food distribution company. This role of a Senior Sales Manager is to Oversee day-to-day sales/customer service operations (including new customer enrolment, credit terms, customer issues etc.) and manage relationships with all applicable stakeholders. You will be reporting to Sales Director.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    ‐ Responsible for driving the development of short-term and long-term sales strategies, business needs and
    market trends in line with the business directions.
    ‐ Keep abreast of the markets and industry trends by mapping various facets of the sector to ensure the company
    remains ahead through innovative business solutions and services as well as to initiate and manage projects
    regarding organizational development and change management.
    ‐ Responsible for the execution of sales activities in the sales area and achieving continuous sales growth and
    ‐ Responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating sales KPIs performance of the sales team. Coach sales personnel by providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
    ‐ Forecast and report activity accurately in line with the sales target allocation.
    ‐ Identify major projects within the accounts and running activities to build a strong client relationship.
    ‐ Lead pricing strategy discussion for each channel to ensure consistent methodology in defining the right
    consumer price point by SKU vs brand positioning and market to deliver the maximum value.
    ‐ Introduce Analytics tools (e.g. self-serve PowerBI dashboards) with the support of the IT, Sales Analyst Team to
    drive fact-based decision-making.
    ‐ Responsible for annual sales budget and monthly sales-related report submission (example: group sales /
    individual sales report / accounts debtors’ status etc.)
    ‐ Ensuring timely reporting of performance against targets, determining root causes for non-performing and
    performing indicators for follow-up actions.
    ‐ Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    ‐ Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
    ‐ 8-10 years of business planning, sales or corporate development, preferably in F&B wholesales trade or production background.
    ‐ Excellent communication skills.
    ‐ Proficient in Microsoft Office (good knowledge of MS Excel).
    ‐ Data analytic skills are advantageous
    ‐ Willing to Travel
    ‐ Meticulous, committed and takes initiative
    ‐ Ability to multi-task, work independently and be well-organized
