  • Job Description

    Our client is a Japanese construction company. They are looking for a Construction Manager to manage the Project. (Project Scale 100 ppl in the project). You will be reporting to Project Manager.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Plan construction schedule and oversee implementation at the site in marine civil works
    - Follow up master line program and closely monitor site progress
    - Schedule and provide appropriate plans for the marine civil project
    - Prepare and review construction drawings, shop drawings and technical proposals
    - Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors
    - Ensure safety compliance and Quality Control

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they are looking for】
    - Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
    - Around 15 years of experience as a Construction Manager or related scope.
    - Experience in marine clay/marine construction projects (reclamation and dredging) is a must.
    - Possessing a Civil Engineering certificate is a must.
    - Project Management experience handling up to 100 people
