Job Description
Our client is a Japanese company that provides office equipment, The role of a Regional Business Support Specialist is to generate and consolidate monthly and periodic sales reports.

Reporting to Business Development Manager.

【 What you will be doing 】
- Prepare PowerPoint presentation slides
- Create and update the digital marketing content on online portals
- Support in generating market/data analysis report
- Assist in driving marketing initiatives and activities
- Responsible for coordinating keynote meetings and events
- Any ad-hoc projects & duties as assigned
Requirement
【 What they are looking for 】
- Minimum Diploma preferably in business/marketing discipline
- Inexperience candidate is welcome to apply!
- Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite will be added advantage
- Good command of English and communication skills
- Strong organization and coordination skills
- Must be IT/tech savvy, with knowledge of latest IT trends
- A team player with ability to work independently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Keen to acquire business knowledge
Working Hour
8:30am ~ 5:30pm
