Job Description
Our client is a Global company and a leading manufacturer of precision fabrics and filtration markets. They are looking for a Sales Engineer urgently to continuously develop the company's business in a defined region, including Singapore, Myanmar, and Cambodia.
Reporting to: Head of ASEAN
【 What you will be doing 】
- Increase Company Sales and market share in assigned countries.
- Build up and maintain good relationships with our customers and partners, based on trust, fairness, and mutual understanding. Understand the specific needs of the customers
- Develop Sales & Marketing plans for business according to the customer needs and
in line with our capabilities.
- Review, update and implement the Sales plan in cooperation with the Head of Sales-ASEAN. Convey these plans into actions and carry them out.
- Develop and maintain price structure for the country, maintaining a good sales margin. Generate value-added offerings for our Customers.
- Identify new opportunities in the country. Collect information about the markets and react accordingly. Distribute that information to Company Management if necessary.
- Constantly monitor and update information about customer needs and competitors.
- Minimize accounts receivables; anticipate the risk of loss by taking appropriate
measures.
- Take the leading role in marketing and sales actions (including Exhibitions) of the segments.
- Other assignments as required by the Regional Market Manager and Head of Sales-ASEAN.

【 What they are looking for 】
- Possess Diploma in Engineering
- At least 4-5 years of proven sales record and experience in Industrial Sales, experience in the Filtration industry is highly desired
- Good English in both written and verbal
- Good team player, self-motivated, well-organized and result-oriented
- Willing to travel as per business requirement
- Technical understanding of Filter Media and Filtration processes, and Component is a big advantage!
- Computer skills (MS office and ERP)Working Hour
8:30 ~ 18:00
