Job Description
Our client, a well-known Japanese trading company is currently looking for a Business Executive.
Department: General Product Realty Dept.
Reports to: Department Chartering Manager
【What will you be working on】
- Perform daily chartering-related operational activities
- Freight chartering to support trading commodities such as Coal/Grain/Sugar/Steel Products
- Consistently maintain and build up relationships with shipping companies, brokers, port agencies, etc.
- Support internal traders and operators in the team by monitoring shipments and collecting information.
- Check and follow up on the performance of the voyage
- Work closely with another department, such as Operations DepartmentRequirement
【What they're looking for】
- At least 5 years experience in Shipping and Chartering vessels for dry bulks
- Bachelor's Degree in discipline or equivalent professional qualifications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working attitude and attention to detail, ability to multi-task is desired
- Proficient in Negotiation, Chartering, and Operation & Good Team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work as a Contract staff (Min. 1 year)Working Hour
9:00 ~ 17:40
