    Our client is a prominent Japanese Real Estate Investment firm with a strong presence in the market. They are seeking a skilled Manager for their Real Estate Investment Project team. As the Manager (Real Estate Investment Project), you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and managing the execution of projects to ensure the successful realization of real estate investment opportunities.

    You will be reporting to the Managing Director

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Project management (Real Estate Investment Project)
    - Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders and related parties.
    - Create and present detailed investment proposals.
    - Conduct surveys of Asian and Oceanian markets and prepare comprehensive reports.
    - Perform corporate and financial analysis, including case studies of related projects.
    - Case study research for surrounding projects
    - Documentation duties including documentation check, Translation of contract, and Legal check
    - Analyze investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
    - Compile and deliver detailed reports on project progress and investment outcomes.
    - Collaborate with the head office finance department on financing matters.
    - Supervise and manage development projects to ensure they align with strategic goals.
    - Review financial results and reports to monitor project performance.
    - Handle correspondence and manage new business and cooperation opportunities.
    - Oversee ROI, including sales strategies and performance metrics.
    - Provide support to overseas branches as required.
    - Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    - At least 3 years' of property-related work experience in the financial or real estate industry.
    - Proficient in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) with strong listening, writing, and speaking skills is essential to effectively liaise with Japanese counterparts.
    - Strong ability to analyze financial statements.

    (Preferable )
    - Willingness to undertake business trips (average one per month) to locations such as Thailand, the USA, Japan, Vietnam, etc.
    - Experience of setting up or assisting in setting up a property fund.
    - Eagerness to learn quickly with a strong sense of responsibility.
    - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    - High level of attention to detail in all aspects of work.
