    Our Client is a family owned SME, leading manufacturing company focusing massively on Advanced Robotics and Factory Automation.
    The role of HR executive is responsible for supporting the HR Department in day-to-day delivery of HR Services to employees.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Manage the development and deployment of HR programmes/interventions
    - Manage talent requisitions to successful onboarding of new hires
    - Formulate purposeful candidate experience to drive best-in-class approaches in hiring of talents across the various levels for the Singapore & global market
    - Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews promptly, and move candidates through the hiring process and gather post-interview feedback promptly
    - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative to align with the overall corporate strategy
    - Identify training requirement and recommend relevant training programs for employees

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    - Minimally Diploma or Degree in HR Management, Business Studies, or related discipline
    - At least 3 years experience in handling HR
    - Well-versed with the Singapore employment act and statutory guidelines
    - Ability to conduct effective counseling, negotiation, and presentation skills
    - Ability to multi-task, excellent team player, and resourceful
    - Self-motivated, disciplined, and compassionate
    - Experience with Infotech HR System preferred

  • Working Hour

    8:00 ~ 17:30
